As of now, it is no longer mandatory to fill out the Passenger Locator Form (PLF) or provide proof of vaccination, recovery from COVID-19, or negative test results upon arrival. However, a simplified version of the PLF is still available for those who wish to issue an EU Certificate of their COVID-19 test results, which is completely optional. By completing this form, travelers will receive a personalized PLF with a unique Quick Response (QR) code via email.

To access the simplified PLF and receive your QR code, please visit the official website of the Hellenic Republic at travel.gov.gr. It is important to note that any other websites claiming to provide this service are not approved and may be fraudulent. We strongly recommend downloading the Visit Greece app, which is GDPR compliant and available for free, before your arrival in Greece.
